What needs cleaning?
Tell us about ordinary dirt or green buildup, the surface material, and any damaged or delicate areas. Standard uncoated concrete is different from wood, painted surfaces, pavers or natural stone. Those differences can change the method and whether a job needs review.
House soft washing uses a lower-pressure method for suitable siding. A house wash does not include roof cleaning, repairs or restoration. See the specific scope for house soft washing and driveway cleaning.
What does the starting price include?
Driveway cleaning starts at $199 and includes the standard front walk at no extra charge. A front walk booked without a driveway is priced separately. Patio and porch cleaning starts at $199, house soft washing at $349, fence cleaning at $199, and gutter cleaning at $149.
Measured concrete prices
The table uses the combined driveway and patio area, excluding the included front walk. Standalone front walks use the same table.

A patio with a driveway or standalone front walk adds a $50 handling fee to the table price. Heavy buildup adds 15%; difficult access adds $50 once per job. Oversized areas, other paths, and specialty stains need review. Prices are before discounts and applicable tax.
Size, condition, access and selected services determine the itemized quote. Fence area is length × height × the number of sides cleaned; gutter cleaning uses linear feet and story count. Compare all services and exclusions.
When will I get my estimate?
Eligible standard jobs with enough detail can be priced when you submit the online form. Unknown materials, missing sizes, special treatment and unusual access may need a closer look. Choose “Not sure” when you do not know; do not guess a measurement just to get a price.
Photos are optional. The online quote is free.
Will every stain disappear?
Some old oil, rust, discoloration or etched areas may remain. Cleaning is not the same as repair or restoration. Flag these areas so we can discuss realistic expectations and any separate treatment before you approve the work.
How should I prepare?
- Tell us about gates, pets, delicate landscaping and areas we should avoid.
- Let us know whether an exterior water spigot is available.
- Discuss access and any furniture or vehicles in the work area before the visit.
- If moving items or going outside is difficult, tell us what help you need. Do not move heavy items just to complete the quote form.
Can I do this without phone calls?

Does a quote book the work?
No. Review the price and scope first. A 25% deposit, applied toward the cleaning total, lets you request a time. It is non-refundable unless we cancel the job. Your visit is confirmed separately. Review the service and payment terms before approving.
We are based in Rowlett and serve surrounding communities. Some cities are partly covered; address coverage is confirmed before scheduling.
