This Privacy Policy explains how Post & Stone Exterior Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you request a quote, book service, or contact us by phone, text, or on our website.

Information we collect

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• Your service/property address and details about the work you request.
• Photos you choose to send us.
• Payment information, which is processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card details.

How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver your quote and communicate about your request.
• To schedule, perform, and follow up on your service.
• To process deposits and payments.
• To send you service-related messages by email or text (see below).

Phone calls

Calls to our business number may be answered by Savannah, our virtual assistant, which can take your details and answer common questions. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on your request accurately and improve our service. If you prefer not to be recorded, email us or request your quote online instead.

Text messaging (SMS)

We send quote, booking, and service texts only when you explicitly agree to receive them. Providing a phone number alone is not consent to these messages. You may choose email instead. If you request a verification code to access your quote, we use the available delivery channel for that one-time code.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with the subcontractors that help us deliver these messages (such as our text-messaging provider) is limited to operating the messaging program. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate our business — for example, payment processing, email delivery, and text-message delivery — under confidentiality and only as needed to provide our services, never for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.

Optional website analytics

When optional analytics is enabled, we ask before loading Google Analytics. If you agree, it uses cookies to measure website visits, contact-link clicks and quote steps. We exclude names, contact details, property addresses, notes, photos, and private quote identifiers from the events we send. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can decline and still use the site, or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer when this feature is available.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and contact us to access or delete your information.
