These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Post & Stone Exterior Care’s services and website. By requesting a quote, booking service, or messaging us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide exterior cleaning — pressure washing, soft washing, and related services — in Rowlett and surrounding communities. Quotes are estimates based on the information and measurements available at the time; final pricing is confirmed before any work begins. Some staining (old oil, rust, deep etching) may be permanent, and we will tell you that up front rather than overpromise.

Quotes, deposits, and payment

When you approve a quote, a 25% deposit, applied to your total, lets you request a cleaning time; the remaining balance is due after the job is completed. The deposit is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If we need to reschedule, for example because of unsafe weather, your deposit carries over to the new date. If we cancel your job, your deposit is refunded in full. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). Applicable taxes are added where required.

On-site measurement and quote visits

Our optional visit gives us time to measure your property, listen to your priorities, and answer questions before you decide. The fee covers travel, fuel, and the time reserved for you. There is no obligation to approve the cleaning work.

The $50 visit fee is paid upfront and is non-refundable. It covers the measurement and quote visit only; it is not a cleaning deposit and is not credited toward or included in the final job price. We’ll confirm your visit time with you. Any cleaning work is quoted and approved separately. Please contact us if you need to change your visit.

Text messaging (SMS)

Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in service text messages. We send quote, booking, and service texts when you explicitly agree to receive them. You can request an estimate by email without agreeing to texts. A one-time verification code may also be sent when you request access to your quote.

Scheduling and cancellation

We will confirm your appointment before service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our route.

Satisfaction and limitation of liability

We stand behind our work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, permanent staining disclosed in advance, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
